Job Description
We are seeking a Private Credit / Fund Finance Lawyer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualified experience in fund financings and corporate finance, with strong technical abilities and commercial approach.
Requirements
- 4-6 years post-qualified experience in fund financings and corporate finance
- First class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Arabic language is advantageous but not a prerequisite
- Exceptional results throughout academic history
