Job Description
The Service Estimator will provide customer service for all branch locations, dealers, distributors, and customers, including parts research and sourcing, purchase order creation, and communication with team members.
Requirements
- Research and sourcing parts for generators, ATS equipment, load banks, and other equipment
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and Transfers
- Authorize direct sales returns under $200.00
- Monitor and update prices, part numbers, and descriptions related to inventory
- Assist in counter sales, create invoices for payment transactions
- Evaluate preventive maintenance agreements for filter orders
- Communicate with team members to streamline the order and delivery process
- Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts
