Job Description
The Lead Consultant for Indonesia Coordination is a full-time position based in Jakarta, serving as the strategic and operational lead for CLUA's Indonesia Initiative. The role guides the Indonesia Initiative Team through a period of strategic continuity and renewal, coordinating grantmaking and monitoring while enhancing relationships with national and sub-national government agencies, civil society leaders, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in the nonprofit and/or philanthropic sector
- Deep understanding of movement dynamics, civil society priorities, and opportunities for funder alignment and influence
- Ability to lead strategy development and implementation in multi-stakeholder contexts and cross-functional teams
- Experience working at the intersection of local, national, and international agendas
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and strong intercultural communication skills
