We are seeking a Principal Design Engineer - Mechanical Equipment to provide technical leadership and expertise in the industrialization of mechanical components and systems. The successful candidate will lead the design and development of innovative engineering solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure technical correctness and completeness of the design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Expert level expertise in engineering fundamentals and complex system development
• 12+ years designing mechanical components for industrial machinery
• Proficiency in designing mechanical components using CAD
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for problem-solving and creative engineering
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
