Research Study Technical Support

Research Study Technical Support position available at Clinvet South Dakota. Perform routine basic and advanced study activities, technical procedures, and provide assistance to study coordinators, researchers, and clinicians.

Requirements

• Performing routine basic and more advanced study activities, technical procedures and providing assistance to study coordinators, researchers, clinicians
• Do facility laundry and clean, organize, maintain, and disinfect animal rooms, cages, facilities
• Record and/or maintaining animal health data or other data necessary for the operation of the facility or study conduct
• Provide basic animal husbandry for study animals, such as feeding and watering animals according to schedules and feeding instructions
• Handling and restraining animals, observing and reporting change in behaviors, collecting specimens, recording and maintaining animal health data
• Administering medications and treatments, mixing, dispensing, and storing feeds and special diets, providing pre- and post-operative care for laboratory animals
