Job Description
The Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Compliance is responsible for implementing and supporting strategies for Quality System processes and ensuring compliance with current Good Clinical Practices (cGCP) and governmental regulations.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 15 years working within GXP function
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in quality and/or compliance
- Strong influencing, negotiations and leading without direct line authority experience
- The ability to manage complexity and manage a diverse team
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
- The selected candidate must come from a regulated industry
- Ability to work and communicate in a cross-cultural environment
- Previous experience driving performance results
