Associate, HIV Market Intelligence

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low-and middle-income countries. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position with Associate, Market Intelligence. This individual will support the CHAI HIV market analytics activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years relevant work experience in management consulting, investment banking or similar environment
• Affinity for analytics and information management, with strong analytical, problem-solving and quantitative modelling skills
• Extensive experience with database management and comfort working with large datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present information in a compelling manner
• Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to produce polished work with minimal edits needed
• Entrepreneurial mindset, including ability to work independently, self-motivate and take initiative
• Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and work in a very fast-paced, limited-structure, multicultural environment
• Ability to learn on the job quickly and absorb and synthesize a broad range of ever-growing and updated information
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities dynamically
• Available for 20-30% travel
• Ability to be effective in high-pressure situations
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Demonstrated interest in or familiarity with leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve productivity, data analysis, or content creation
