Country Director, Côte d’Ivoire

The Clinton Health Access Initiative is seeking a Country Director to lead its global health program in Côte d'Ivoire, driving program design and execution, and shaping the long-term vision for the country's development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of work experience
• 5 years of directly related professional experience leading management or implementation of health programs in the francophone region of Africa
• Demonstrated experience in global health, environmental health, or policy/regulatory strengthening in low- and middle-income countries
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Experience managing complex projects and multi-stakeholder teams
• Grant management and fundraising experience
• Ability to navigate complex government processes and influence decision-making collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Fluency in French and English proficiency an advantage
