Finance Analyst

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to our mission of saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low-and middle-income countries. We work at the invitation of governments to support them and the private sector to create and sustain high-quality health systems. The Finance Analyst will support the day-to-day financial operations of the CHAI DRC, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial management in line with CHAI financial policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within donor-funded programs
• Additional globally recognized accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA, CISA etc.)
• Experience in consulting major firms such as KPMG, Deloitte, and PwC
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliations
• Demonstrated experience with donor financial management and reporting requirements
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and financial analysis
• In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting systems
