Job Description
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to serve as a Senior Analyst on the Wolbachia/Dengue team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Senior Analyst will support the implementation of the Wolbachia intervention for dengue in Cambodia, conducting household mapping, strengthening dengue surveillance, and analyzing data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a relevant field (information systems, epidemiology, biology, public health, or computer science)
- 1–2 years of professional experience in the private or public sector with increasing levels of responsibility in business analysis, data management, program implementation or a similar role
- Proven experience in planning, designing, and implementing technology-based solutions for disease surveillance or public health
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute proactively to team goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral in English) and ability to build and nurture relationships in challenging and multicultural environments
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other relevant tools
