Senior Associate - TB

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Tuberculosis program leadership at WJCF, contributing to the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of high-impact TB interventions. The role will involve developing the program and project strategy, operationalization of project activities, and oversight of data collection, monitoring, analysis, and supporting evaluations. The Senior Associate will also provide strategic support across other priority projects and support business development efforts including identification of donors, drafting grant proposals, and managing grant lifecycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, engineering, public health or administration, economics, business, social work, sociology, population studies)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (for those with Bachelor’s degree only), or 4 years (for those with Master’s degree) of relevant experience
• Prior experience managing teams strongly preferred
• Strong ability to absorb, synthesize, and analyse technical and non-technical information
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
