Senior Program Officer, Health System Integration

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is seeking an experienced Senior Program Officer to support the implementation of Health Systems Integration program in Zambia. The incumbent will support strengthening supply chains, digital health transitions, and general health system delivery. Responsibilities include program strategy and planning, supply chain strengthening and commodity security, digital health and health information systems support, service delivery strengthening, health workforce prioritization, and governance and sector coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Systems, Economics, Public Health or other related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in health programs, health systems strengthening, or supply chain management in low-resource settings.
• Strong technical understanding of national health systems, supply chain operations, and digital health transitions.
• Demonstrated experience working with government stakeholders and complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced settings.
