Senior Product Designer, Drafting

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Product Design team. The role involves designing AI-powered features and workflows for Clio's Intelligent Legal Work Platform, Clio Work. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience designing digital products and a strong understanding of user-centered applications of machine learning and generative AI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products
• B2B SaaS experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments and/or products
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality work that solves customer problems and moves key product metrics
• Strong craft across interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design
• Strong customer-centric practice, with the ability to translate customer insight into actionable design direction
• Experience designing AI-powered features or workflows
• Highly capable in design and prototyping tools, with solid command of AI tools in your process
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A collaborative, low-ego partner — you facilitate alignment, clarify trade-offs, and drive confident execution
