Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Project Management Office team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto. The role will lead end-to-end project management for Monetization projects, managing pricing increases, packaging changes, and plan updates. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be able to work with cross-functional teams, and have a deep understanding of project management best practices.
Requirements
- PMP certification or similar
- 3+ years experience working in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast growing SaaS/tech company
- Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision making alignment discussions, and creating roadmaps and timelines/gantt charts
