Baker

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Baker to join our team. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve fresh, high-quality baked goods while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Safely prepare, bake, and package products following company guidelines (Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s).
• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Upsell and suggest additional items to customers to increase sales.
• Record food and refrigeration temperatures twice daily.
• Assist in managing inventory and stocking supplies to meet daily demand.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance cash at the end of the shift.
