Project Manager II supports the PM's execution of project duties, including scope development, trade procurement, and budget planning. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to manage projects within budget and schedule constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or other related technical field
- 10 years or more experience in project management and technical/construction leadership
- Experience with Design-Build Delivery and Progressive Design-Build
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Proficient in Project Management/Project Controls software
