The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 8+ years of experience in construction scheduling. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Primavera and MS Office Suite.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of full-time paid professional experience in construction scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and planning skills
- Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
- Understanding of theories, principles, and practices of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics
