CLO Virtual Fashion specializes in 3D fashion simulation, offering a range of services from concept planning to design development, production, marketing, fitting, and styling for the fashion industry. Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion has established a digital fashion ecosystem based on its unique technology for 3D fashion simulation. We provide CLO, Marvelous Designer, Jinny, CLO-SET, and CONNECT, which are specialized 3D fashion design software and platforms, to achieve efficient and sustainable workflows in all areas of fashion. Additionally, our solutions allow for the interaction between physical and digital clothing through CLO's system. As a global leader in the digital fashion market, CLO Virtual Fashion has established 13 offices in 11 countries, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is expanding its business in collaboration with numerous customer companies worldwide. We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to promote the growth of the Marvelous Designer brand in Japan. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new target industries based on past user case strategies, collaborate with clients and in-house design teams, and capitalize on market trends and the value that Marvelous Designer provides to users. This will involve following up on marketing reactions, integrating new outbound channels, utilizing partnership relationships, and following up on webinars and events. Responsibilities: Promote sales pipelines and sales growth from the game/animation/VFX workflow Develop sales pipelines and increase sales through use of appropriate sales tools and standard processes Create new opportunities and test their validity Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and bring diverse insights to the team to guide Marvelous Designer towards more revolutionary products Support customers in understanding the content of Marvelous Designer's business solutions and how they can fit into and create value for customers' businesses Understand the pipeline of the game/animation/VFX industry and identify customers' challenges Turn customers' challenges into business opportunities Communicate with potential customers, build relationships Engage in planning, hosting, or participating in various meetings, conferences, and other events Share clients' usage of the software and feedback with the development team to support global software development and participate in cross-functional projects Build smooth communication with global teams located in different offices and time zones, such as Web, CX, and 3D designers Requirements At least 5 years of experience in business development and at least 2 years of experience in the game/animation/VFX industry Effective communication with decision-makers at game/animation/VFX studios and technical account managers Technical sales understanding Fluent English communication skills as a member of a global team Professional and proactive work ethics Analyze data and client information to discover new methods Analyze long-term and be forward-looking Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced business environment Plus if you have A strong network with game, animation, VFX studios, and software sales representatives
