Employee Experience Manager

CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to run day-to-day operations for its LA office and coordinate with teams in Europe, Korea, and India. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and analytical skills, ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong planning and analytical skills with high attention to details
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
• 1-3 years professional work experience in a business setting (accounting, finance, operations, HR etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office or Any accounting software is a plus
• Sound judgment in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to travel when needed
