Talent Acquisition Manager

CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People & Culture team and become a foundational partner in securing the best talent for the company. The role involves designing and executing talent strategies aligned with the company's ambitious growth objectives and driving the HR strategy across the entire European region.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Direct experience leading the recruitment of various positions within a Tech, IT, or Fast-Paced Industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of labor laws, data protection regulations, and HR compliance in key EU countries
• Operational knowledge to design the employee experience
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack
• Native in German and fluent in English
