Job Description
Under limited supervision, works across campus and troubleshoots, repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler and HVAC equipment. Provides assistance with preventative maintenance systems and special projects.
Requirements
- Ability to use test equipment and hand tools to include: meters, gauges, locating equipment, refrigerant recovery equipment, hand tools, and other measuring instruments.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
