Job Description
The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for developing and coordinating activity programs for the community, providing meaningful and life enriching activities for residents, and recruiting and training volunteers.
Requirements
- Experience in creating and coordinating activities for older adults
- Ability to supervise, lead, and motivate people
- Experience in volunteer recruitment and training
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision to the elderly
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, preferred two years of college specializing in recreational activities
