Job Description
Closet World is seeking a highly organized and experienced Installation Manager to oversee all aspects of the installation department. The role involves providing support to installation personnel, scheduling jobs, managing installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading projects and driving exceptional service.
Requirements
- Provides daily support to installation personnel
- Schedules jobs and services in an effort to maximize install value potential
- Provides training, coaching, counseling, and encouragement to installation team
- Manages installation and service department, including installers and assistants
- Manages material load, deployment, and installation, deposit collection and customer satisfaction
- Travels occasionally to client surveys
- Communicates management directives to field staff
- Orders/apprehensions
- Follows up on customer satisfaction issues
- Follows up on customer satisfaction issues and drives resolution striving for 100% customer satisfaction
