Job Description
The Copy Editor will review and refine content across various formats, including articles, blog posts, marketing materials, and social media. The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent grammar and language skills, and the ability to maintain consistency in style and tone throughout all content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in copy editing or proofreading, preferably in a digital or publishing environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago Manual of Style) and content management systems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable feedback
