GenAI & Agentic AI - Jr & Sr Positions

Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking GenAI & Agentic AI professional to join their innovation-driven team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of relevant GenAI & Agentic AI experience for Junior positions and 5+ years of experience for Senior positions.

Requirements

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models using frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, autonomous agents, and goal-directed AI tasks
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into customer-facing platforms
• Build scalable AI pipelines for data preprocessing, model inference, and feedback loops
• Experiment with tools like AutoGPT, BabyAGI, LangGraph, and related agent frameworks
• Ensure responsible AI practices, with a focus on fairness, interpretability, and ethical deployment
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in GenAI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent systems
