We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic HR Freshers who will start as HR Interns for the first 3 months, progress to HR Trainees for next 6 months and then transition into a full-time HR Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to build a strong foundation in HR and develop into a complete HR professional.
Requirements
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Assist with maintaining HR databases, trackers, and documentation
- Support onboarding activities such as documentation and induction coordination
- Help organise employee engagement initiatives
- Learn HR processes, policies, and compliance basics
- Promote our organization's mission-driven culture and enhance employee satisfaction
- Support internal training & development initiatives focused on professional upskilling and employability
