Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will manage and analyze human resources information systems (HRIS) data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, generating reports, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance HR processes through technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS management, data analysis, or a related HR role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and strong Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
