Requirements

• Manage and maintain system infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage
• Ensure endpoint security, antivirus updates, and patch management
• Support configuration of email systems, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications
• Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software
• Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation
• Provide tech support to employees and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Perform system monitoring, backups, and routine maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
