At least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect, deep understanding of cloud data architecture, and excellent communication skills

Experience in Azure data platforms, Microsoft Fabric, programming skills, data modeling approaches, data governance practices, and fluency in Finnish and English

3+ years of experience in API and integration development, strong expertise in Azure Integration Services and Infrastructure as Code, good understanding of OAuth authentication and API security best practices

2-5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics development, strong teamwork skills, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

3–5+ years of experience in software or data applications with an AI/ML focus, Strong or growing skills in Python and modern software engineering practices, Experience with MLOps and production ML systems
