Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in software or data applications with an AI/ML focus
- Interest or hands-on experience with AI agents and large language models (LLMs)
- Experience in cloud development, preferably in Azure
- Strong or growing skills in Python and modern software engineering practices
- Experience with, or motivation to learn, MLOps and/or AIOps and bringing ML and AI systems into production
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and SQL
- Fluent Finnish and English skills, written and spoken
- Educational background in e.g. computer science, applied mathematics, engineering, or a comparable field
