Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a SaaS or cloud product company
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with graph database
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and an understanding of support workflows
- Basic knowledge of cloud security, networking, and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- A customer-first attitude, with a proven ability to handle tough technical problems and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for troubleshooting would be advantageous
