Billing Systems Analyst

Cloudflare is seeking a Billing Systems Analyst to maintain systems and integrations related to payment processing, subscriptions, and invoicing. The role involves analyzing systems, designing new features, and working closely with finance teams to improve processes and reporting. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience implementing a SAAS based/ subscription billing system (eg. Stripe, Zuora, Oracle BRM, GoTransverse etc)
• Proficient in writing database queries in PostGres/ BigQuery/ Snowflake or other languages
• Adaptability and Learning Mindset
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
• Solid understanding of business Financial processes including but not limited to Quote to cash process including OM/ Billing/ AR/ RevRec and understanding of GL
• Must be results/ Outcome focused
