Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business users and the Digital team, focused on HR and financial systems with NetSuite and ADP at the core. The successful candidate will provide helpdesk support, manage access requests, coordinate system enhancements, and ensure quality through testing and user acceptance efforts.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting HRIS and/or ERP systems
- Experience with Tier 1 user support, access management, and training coordination
- Strong skills in gathering business requirements and translating them into system enhancements
- Hands-on experience coordinating QA and UAT for system updates or integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with common HR and financial processes (payroll, accounting, expense management, and talent management)
