4+ years of direct experience with LFP-based battery energy storage systems, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Controls, or related engineering field
Project Manager, Preconstruction
Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction or project management, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, advanced knowledge of construction management and contracting
Site Safety Manager
5-10 years of construction safety experience, preferably in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or heavy civil/industrial construction, and strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations
Supply Chain Buyer
2-5 years of sourcing/procurement experience and/or 2+ years of solar experience, Bachelor's degree, renewable energy experience considered a plus
Sr Manager/Director, M&A
BA/BS degree, 5-7+ years of finance experience, in-depth understanding of renewable energy project financing, and strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Senior Environmental Manager
5+ years of experience in environmental permitting and/or compliance, with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or an Environmental-related field
Senior Asset Manager
3-6 years of experience in solar or energy industry, Bachelor's degree in related field, and strong knowledge of energy financing structures
Regional Manager
3+ years of experience in PV maintenance, NABCEP certification, and experience with SCADA, DAS and UPS systems
Business Development Manager
5+ years of experience in account management or business development, technical expertise in solar and storage assets, and a strong network of renewable industry relationships
