Job Description
Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a Senior Manager, Central Operations to manage teams supporting field activities across the US. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of renewable service business operations, experience leading high performing teams, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in renewable energy service businesses and/or field operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through complex challenges.
- 4-year degree required. MBA or other relevant master's degree valued.
- Ability to drive organizational change.
- Strong financial acumen with focus on managing costs.
