Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to be the trusted technical advisor for our Enterprise customers, ensuring they understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent. As a CSE, you will be part of a regional team and work closely with Customer Success Managers and other teams to deliver timely and organized onboarding, ensure customer retention and expansion, and provide technical guidance and expertise across all Cloudflare products.
Requirements
- 10 years of prior post-sales customer relationship management
- Deep understanding of how the internet works
- Ability to proactively identify and solve problems then build sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence
- Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- Technical curiosity and passion
- Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
- Fluent in English and Russian, Ukrainian, or Hebrew
