Cloudflare is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer Intern to work alongside the Customer Success team, with opportunities to independently own customer interactions. The role involves leveraging AI and technical expertise to build tools and processes that automate technical workloads and provide clear guidance to regional customers.
Requirements
- Currently undergoing a bachelor degree in computing or related field
- Demonstrated experience building tools with AI and a strong focus on using automation to solve technical and customer-facing challenges
- Foundational understanding of Web Technologies, Internet Security, Computer Networking, along with strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Passionate about learning new technologies and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires navigating ambiguity
- Proven ability to proactively identify and diagnose complex issues, followed by developing sustainable, preventative solutions
- Ability to manage a project end-to-end, work effectively to deadlines, and prioritize competing demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders and providing clear technical guidance to Enterprise customers
