We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our Traffic Management team to hire, mentor, and coach a distributed team of Software Engineers. The role involves developing the team and shaping its culture and technical vision.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an Engineering Manager for a team of Software and Systems Engineers
• Demonstrate a track record of managing a team including hiring, onboarding, and professional development
• Technical background in technologies such as Layer 3 and Layer 4 networking and HTTP, TLS, and CDN networks
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging large-scale distributed systems
