Family Case Manager Supervisor

The State of Indiana is seeking a Family Case Manager Supervisor to direct and supervise a team that provides protective services to children and families. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human services or relevant experience and 1+ year of leadership experience. Responsibilities include prioritizing work, supervising staff, and managing caseloads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or relevant experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of social work, casework, sociology, and group and individual counseling
• Thorough knowledge of state and/or federal laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards affecting child protection services
• Ability to exercise sound judgment while managing crises situations
