Job Description
Cloudflare is looking for an Infrastructure Tooling Software Engineer to lead a team of passionate engineers building the internal Control Plane used by SREs to manage the internal IaaS platform. The team will be responsible for tools that support the management of a globally distributed fleet of servers, storage, and network gear. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, experience in large distributed system design and operations, and a track record of leading a team.
Requirements
- At least two years of engineering management experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience on meaningfully complex systems
- Strong technical foundation: large distributed system design and operations, being comfortable interacting deeply with data (SQL, Prometheus) about how your systems are operating.
