Job Description
The Older Youth Case Manager will work with a specialized caseload of DCS youth during adolescence to support successful transition to adulthood and independence. The role involves conducting assessments and planning, attending court, maintaining database documentation, and outreach to local field offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Associate degree with 2 years of human services job experience
- 30 college credit hours with 4 years of human services job experience
- 5 years of human services job experience
