Seasonal Natural Resources Worker - Upper Wabash Interpretive Center

The State of Indiana is hiring a Seasonal Natural Resources Worker for the Upper Wabash Interpretive Center. The position involves providing customer service and education to visitors about park features while maintaining the property's natural resources. The hourly wage for seasonal positions varies, starting at $12.25/hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or one (1) year of work experience
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to wear a DNR-provided uniform
• Ability to travel to different properties
• Ability to work in potentially inclement weather
• Ability to work with DOC work release crews
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to perform duties in various environments
• Ability to work around potentially dangerous heavy equipment
