Senior Security Engineer - Security Technology Delivery

Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to help secure its global network and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in cyber security and a strong background in deploying and supporting infrastructure and security technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of previous experience in cyber security
• Strong relationship building with cross functional teams
• Experience working with corporate Information Technology platforms and systems
• Advanced security practices for Linux, MacOS, Windows systems
• Experience with public cloud security best practices (GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Ability to clearly communicate complex security requirements to stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to build and nurture robust working relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, and provide clarity to complex situations
• Strong background in deploying and supporting infrastructure and security technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Terraform, Ansible)
• Advanced programming experience (Python, Golang, Bash, etc.)
• Experience with securing Google Workspace
• Experience with risk review and evaluations of configurations
