Job Description
Cloudflare is looking for a SOC Analyst to provide premium-level support for its security products and features. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internet protocols, networking fundamentals, and analysis of traffic for attack anomaly detection.
Requirements
- Monitor and investigate proactive alerts to identify attacks
- Work with Engineering and Operations teams to mitigate attacks
- Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone
- Review alerts to determine relevancy and urgency
- Configure and manage security monitoring rules
- Support SOC customer onboarding and deliver monthly security reviews
