Job Description
Cloudflare is a leading technology company focused on building a better Internet. They are seeking a Systems Engineer for their Database Platform team, responsible for building and operating databases at scale, enhancing PostgreSQL infrastructure, and improving automation. The role involves integrating database tools with other teams and implementing solutions to improve database reliability and scalability. This is an entry-level role within a growing Engineering organization.
Requirements
- Build, deploy, and manage PostgreSQL databases in production environments.
- Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and procedures for performance and scalability.
- Implement high availability, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Work closely with Infrastructure and Applications teams to integrate database tools.
