Job Description
Work for Indiana as a Vocational Rehab Counselor, assisting clients with disabilities in exploring career choices and counseling on vocational goals. The role includes a Counselor Trainee period with a salary increase upon successful completion.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
- Must have one (1) year of paid or unpaid experience with individuals with disabilities.
- Awareness of cultural diversity, medical and psychological aspects of disability, counseling theories, and other related topics.
- Ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and work with a team.
