Technical Trainer, AI Product

We are seeking a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs to assist with change management, and to empower our clients to optimize their adoption of nebulaONE®. As a Technical Trainer, you will participate in cloud and AI empowerment engagements, as well as work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of AI and cloud technologies, addressing any challenges that arise during implementation and enablement.

Requirements

• Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions internally and to clients on nebulaONE®
• Tailor training content and delivery methods for internal purposes and/or to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Lead interactive promptathons, where clients work hands-on to build and refine AI prompts, tackling real-world challenges together.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop training materials such as technical documentation, presentations and exercises.
• Manage associated UK repositories and content created for training and/or change management purposes.
• Perform live demonstrations and hands-on labs to illustrate concepts and provide practical guidance to clients.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft and AI advancements and best practices and maintain in-depth knowledge to deliver accurate and relevant content.
