We are looking for a Cloud Service Agent to join our team, providing excellent service quality and ensuring the stable operation of customer systems in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Completed training as Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration or a comparable IT qualification
- First work experience in support and ideally experience with ticket systems
- Experience with Terminalserver environments, ERP software, Windows Server, and basic knowledge in Linux
