Job Description
We are looking for a committed and organized employee to join our team as a Process and Compliance Manager. As a Process and Compliance Manager, you will ensure that our knowledge, processes, and systems are clearly documented, and work closely with our teams to structure, optimize, and maintain all content. Your contribution will ensure that Cloudiax works efficiently, transparently, and IKS- and ISO-conform.
Requirements
- Building and maintaining a central documentation structure in Confluence and Jira
- Continuous cooperation with all teams to systematically record current information
- Development, standardization, and optimization of processes
- Support for the introduction of new documentation and project management standards
- Ensuring the annual audit of our internal control system by our auditor according to PS-951 Type 2, respectively. ISAE 3402.
- Preparing our documentation for future certifications according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, as well as requirements resulting from NIS2.
