Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Business Operations
- Experience operating in growth-stage SaaS or similarly fast-moving organisations
- Strong grounding in structured problem-solving
- Excellent judgement
- Proven ability to influence without authority and to build credibility quickly
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and shifting contexts at pace
- Clear communicator who brings focus and simplicity to complex discussions
- Bias for action paired with a pragmatic, low-bureaucracy mindset
- Familiarity with lightweight project management tools and operational processes
